The Mission of the Central Pennsylvania Krunch Girls Softball Organization is provide a nurturing, healthy, fun and premier competitive outlet for girls ages 18 & under wishing to further develop their softball skills and enjoy the game at an advanced level.

We will accomplish this by:

• Attracting some of the best young female athletes from central Pennsylvania and the surrounding area and providing a highly competitive, fun and educational softball environment

• Maintaining an accomplished and knowledgeable coaching staff at each age level capable of teaching game fundamentals as well as the more intricate aspects of fast pitch softball.

• Providing a healthy and positively reinforced environment for our athletes so that softball is demonstrated to be one measure of developing and growing personally and not the only measure.

• Ensuring that the Krunch organization promotes a family atmosphere in all our activities and consistently demonstrates the values of fair play, honesty, and competitive spirit.

• Consistently striving to play tournaments which offer the best competitive and age appropriate environment for our athletes and, where age appropriate, ensure that girls wishing to play beyond their secondary (high school) experience have the opportunity for exposure to college coaches through showcases and tournaments.

• Having the Krunch coaching staff, especially at the upper age levels, cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with college coaches through clinics and programs to afford our athletes the proper support when the opportunity arises for post secondary (college) play.
